That rocker patch is for under the rear doors. It seems that the front fender patch is only available for the 70's fender.

I had my vehicle listed, I figured they wouldn;t show that year on the parts diagram. I didn;t look close enough I guess. I am going out to check that panel on the rear door....

Give lmc a call man. They'll make it right. If that fender patch won't work and they don't have one for an 89 they'll let you return it.

Ok, I called LMC today after looking at the site, something is definitely wrong here:

In the pic, I ordered part number 10 and received part number eleven. I find it strange the descriptions and prices don;t match the different sizes of the parts. I talked to 2 people at LMC and they think I am nuts. I didn't have this problem a year ago when I ordered this part. Do you understand what I am trying to tell them?

Here is a screenshot:

I looked at the sticker on the part I got, it matches #10 part number, but the actual part looks like #11 in the pic. I think they got the pictures and ID#'s fugged up. They said they would check their stock to confirm what I am trying to say, they still haven't called me back, they act like I am full of ****. I am going to have to pull the "give me the manager" phone call. I already dealt with 2 regular schmucks.....

Anyway, here is some temporary work from yeasterday....

Now it's the battle with LMC catalog for the right rocker panel, I'll be sure to mention I share my experiences with their customer service on websites.
