Hi I’ve got this bed and every bed rail rotted including tail pan and entire floor is completely bent in from it but floor is solid I was wondering if anyone thinks it’s salvageable and I would be able to get it to be straight I just would hate to scrap original metal

You can buy new sides or chop better sides out of a junk yard bed and graft them in with a mig welder. Any bed can be saved, it's just a matter of how much money and effort you wish to apply. In extreme cases, you're better off just buying a better bed and modifying it as needed to fit your truck.

Buy a new replacement. It's all bolt in except 2 small welds in the rear corners. I am currently repairing the bed on a Ranchero. No parts are available and the way it is constructed would have to completely cut the rear of the car apart. I have over 40 hours in it so far and expect to have about 100 when done. What I am saying is replacement floors are available for SB. Other than the hit on your wallet that's the way to go.

Agreed with ^fast, if it's as bad as it sounds, it's not worth the time and effort when all new panels are available.

If you get a replacement bed, be mindful of things like fuel door type, fuel door location, and number of fuel doors. Any bed can be made work, but having the wrong fuel door setup will take more body work to correct, if you want the end result to look and function right.

My steel floor was beyond repair, and I didn't want to pay $1000+ for a new steel floor, so I installed a treated wood floor. I had to get a little creative in bracing the back corners to keep the tailgate lines straight, but it's doable. That was before wood prices went crazy though, you may be better off getting the steel floor now.
Oops, just read it over, you said your floor is solid, too many beers I guess. Bed sides aren't hard to replace, just get new ones. I spent a lot of time and money straightening mine out, wish I had just bought new

I read it as:

All bed crossmembers are rotten and while the floor surface is solid, it's bent.

If that's the case, sounds like it needs a complete new floor. Pictures would help though.

There is a guy near Lancaster PA that deals in rust free southern beds. Also spring Carlisle would be a good place to look. Would save a lot of work and $ to just swap it out.
