Rocker Arm pouring oil

I have a 350 engine and trying to adjust rocker arms , because of tapping noise and one of them is literally pouring oil no matter how you adjust it, I changed push rod with another and got some result running comp cam 1.6 rockers

Don't know for sure, but sounds like a lifter problem to me.

Yessir. Reckon so.
You'll have to pull the intake manifold.
