What part of PHX? Adam in Apache Junction, Trucking Crazy on East side as well, John in Peoria all usually have good used doors from 80+ Burb part outs. Trucking Crazy also stocks rebuilt vent window assemblies.

For new LMC quality parts, The Chrome Guy in Glendale stocks a lot of 67-72, 73-87.
^This.
And burbs make such great parts rigs. They’re as or more plentiful than pickups these days and generally in better shape on average and so much less expensive.
Dude up here would buy cherry 2wd burbs to part out. mostly C20s as hardly no one wants them. I bet he had 6 or 9 burbs and 1 pickup truck.

oooh, stay with original sheet metal in my book. Especially if you are in the desert and can find rust free stuff. Aftermarket will never fit as well as the OEM panels.
If you are really concerned about rust, hot wash the insides of the doors, then have them sand blasted ( inside in the joints only, not the skins, by someone that knows what they are doing. Seal with a good zinc primer and then paint ( inside ). Make sure all the factory drain holes are open and clear. Finally ( after external painting ) hit with a non hardening wax or panel oil to seal up the seam, fit new weatherstrip and you will never see rust in the door again....
