I replaced the spark plugs on my 1978 c10, I make sure they were gap correctly to 0.045in and they were the correct plugs which is AC Delco R45TS. Also made sure the leads are in the correct firing order.
when replacing them. the truck started when I replaced them, but backfired. second time I cranked it it ran with my foot on the gas pedal but cuts out at idle. I don't know what I did wrong.
