My trucks floor pans are starting to rust through and I wanted to get opinions on whether it would be cheaper to just replace the floor pans or try and find a new cab. Any recommendations on parts sites would also be appreciated.

If it’s just the pans and the rest of the cab is good do the pans. Take a look around, some of the members here have done some pretty awesome fixes to rusty cabs.

LMC truck has some replacement floor pan pieces. Even cab corners and inner/outer rockers.

x3, do the pans. You may want to replace the cab bushings while you're under there.
