Yes, it could weak hardware too. The hardware kit shouldn't be that expensive and that one spring is certainly damaged where you see the gap between the coils.The brake shoe is not against the pin the E brake spreader fits okay so could it be the springs arr week to pull it to the PIN
I put the new Springs on and found out that the adjuster was too long so I put the adjuster on that came in the package and the brake drum slides on and off like it's supposed to do and I can adjust the adjuster out thanks for the help everyone
