Reading spark plugs

So after a couple months of driving my 79, I decided to change out the plugs, don't know when the were changed last but I don't think they look too bad, but some look like they've been what I think is hot on one side, other than that I think they look good but changed them for some ac delco rapid fires. What do you guys think?
