Left one for me, but ONLY because of the polishing you did to the hubcaps on the right. Fully polishing the hub caps utterly ruined the look of them for me. Repaint the black sections on the hubcaps and that combo wins every day all day for me.

edit for addition: Which ever way you go, keep the red bowties! I think they give just the right amount of pop to give the subtle custom touch while keeping the stock feel.

If I came across a set of those late model wheels I'd grab them quick for mine, they're made by Alcoa IIRC and look great polished up and on a square.

Why are you sorry? It's your truck! I think the new wheels (also referred to as PYOs in some circles) will look great on your truck! I was on the hunt for some PYOs also for a while. Then I realized I already had wheels of the same exact size and decided to save a little money and keep the factory look. I left the bowties yellow on my caps because all my emblems are also yellow.

The only wheels I will change mine out for are wider versions of my steelies or a set of H2 wheels. I actually had a set for a little while but then thought I needed some cash more then the wheels. Still kicking myself for selling them.

Thanks i do too! The hood, grill, tailgate and cowl were the only things in paint. But the body is in freakin great shape! wont be long before its in paint. although today is humid, and tomorrow is too, chance of rain, so i dont know if thts an issue or if they paint it in the booth and can heat it up while spraying...idk

I bought some stainless bolts for the lower shock mounts on the rear axle. They should look good once the headlights behind me hit them. Also bought some stainless screws for under the hood to replace the old black rusty ones. The truck is in the booth today. I will be going to look at it this evening. By then, all they will have left to do is to cut and buff it all day 2morrow. Then I will get it back Monday. Beyond excited!

I'd double check the strength rating on the SS bolts. They often times aren't as strong as your typical bolts, so you want to make sure you get the right grade. They would possibly be OK since the shocks are just held in double shear on the lower mounts, but something to check on.
