Quad suspension?

looking at shocks, either with or without quad suspension....but what is it? AFAIK my suspension is stock with no lift. k10 (k1500, whatever you call it)

The quad suspension has four front shocks.
I don't know if it really makes a difference except for the time you buy a set, then it hurts the pocket more.

My 84 K10 does, and I can't put enough money aside for shocks.
It sucks.
All six shocks are leaking oil and have been for many years, they will just have to leak a bit longer, at least the truck still rides and handles good.
