Hey guys so I rebuilt both my doors with all new weather stripping and window channel runners, new window regulators w/motors and a relay setup that is supposed to put more power to the motors to deal with the problem of slow windows. But the windows are still very slow and stick in some places. I've tried to adjust the as much as possible but can't really get any change in speed or sticking. I've even put a little lithium grease spray down inside the runners, but still nothing. Can someone give me any advice on whats going on or is there some trick?

Mine (manual) has an adjustment for the rear track so it doesn't bind and/or try to **** when going up. The front may also but did not try the front.

Someone on this forum did a relay modification for the power windows. As built by GM, there isn't a full and constant 12 volts going to the window motors. The addition of relays to the existing circuit boosts the power and speeds up the motors to their full potential. Maybe they will chime in on this thread. I saw that someone was actually building and selling the upgraded circuit along with the relays as well to fix this issue.
