I switched from hydro boost to a power brake booster. I misplaced the pin that held the rod to the brake pedal arm.

Was this a certain type of pin or can I use a cotter pin?

By the way, if anyone else does this, I had to drill the adjusting rod hole out to a 9/16".

The pin in behind the cover on the second picture is what I'm asking about.

It's like the pin on a trailer hitch pin.. Whatever that's called.

Thanks, I'll look for one at the hardware store when I'm out tomorrow.
