I got my DD stuck a back in June, ended up getting out of it even with street tires, open diffs and 3.42 gears, it was scary. I'd like to get that swapped to at least a G80 carrier and all terrains.

Then it will me a much better 4x4 even with its little ground clearance.

Definitely, this thread needs to be way bigger.

I'll contribute, these aren't stuck pics but it's my dad old single cab swb Gmt400 he had for a while with 6in lift and a 3in body lift on 40 hawgs.

Did you just push yourself back out with the front end loader?

No, all it does is lift the front. I was able to pull forward and get a run in reverse again, but not enough to get the fronts up and out, I was just digging the rears further in. Had to pull it out with the bigger tractor.

Lol at least you got it out. I was cutting hay for my grandpa when I was like 14. Hit a soft spot and burried his Alice. He refused to call a wrecker because we were 40 miles outside of town and he didn't want to pay for it. We had his 1 ton at the hayfield, so we hook up to the tractor and buried the truck as well. A 3 mile walk back to the house later, he called a wrecker lol

I shouldn't have even been where I was with the JD. I was just using it to stage bales in the fields. It's a hilly area and they often roll down into the woods and waterways, and I happened to find that one we overlooked last season. I wanted it out so I could roll it out and re-bale it. I went down in (didn't feel TOO squishy...) and stabbed the bale, backed out about 8 feet and the front started sinking and then the tires instantly dug for China. I dropped the bale to lose the extra weight, but no dice.

Normally I'm using a small telehandler and I can just push myself out if I sink.

Was this at home or at work?
