Haha, the factory actually used that fabric '80-'82, with very minor differences in trim/stitching every year. These are from an '82 and I LOVE them, drove clear to Philly to get them.

For real??? That is factory huh??? I'd have never thought so.

I may have Irish beat for worst interior, or inferior interior if you will lol. I'll get pics later.

Thats funny, right as I was typing this I thought, C4 has a mud truck... he possibly has milk crates for seats :roflbow: I might go snap some pictures of theupdated interior in my 85, it looks like raccoons are living in it.

My interiors are not all the either guys. Except the Burb. Its factory and nice. The rest are pretty rough. I just figured the interior is going to be the last thing I do to the trucks. First mechanical, then body, then interior.

Actually the interior on the 85C20 out at my dads is nice too and why I bought that truck, but it needs reassembled and I hope the varmits aren't tearing it up.

The Burb interior, I so wish it wasn't bench seat !!! Other than the sagging headliner and normal dash pad cracks, the interior is about flawless on this truck.

Some of these pics are before I vacuumed it. so the junk showing is trash. After vacumming, the upholstery is spotless incuding the 3rd seat in the back.

Other Burb Interior Pics. Still had the factory floor mats over the carpet in the front too. I notice in the last pic, the heater core might have been leaking. No telling til I get a motor in it. I'd like to get it running though. I might even put the 454/400 in it since that is what it had originally, out of my 84 C20. The C20 needs lots of cleaning up, a windshield, some supsension work etc. so it'll be awhile before I get all that done, and i'd rather drive the Burb since I have other pick ups. So I might punt my current DD for the Burb, after I get the 85K1500 squared away mechanically as a back up DD.

I know you guys have waited a long time to see this fine interior...
The bed is considered part of the interior of a pickup, right??

I think our interiors are close in appearance. Your truck looks like a perfect candidate for bed liner in the cab, I think you could even paint it colors to match the exterior.

I have an Apache cab... a patchy here and a patchy there, lol. Bedliner on the floor would make it difficult to weld in new patchies. Besides I would rather spend $100 on something else for the truck lol but I would like to do the inside of the bed some day.

I had to put bolts through the dash pad with large washers, every time a ride got wild the whole dash pad would pull loose from the sub structure.
