Used some insulation from bonded logic made from recycled jeans, SUPER CHEAP, that plus a redone bench seat and some molded carpet from the internet makes the interior very nice. I wire wheeled down all the surface rust of the floor and coated the whole deal in por 15 before anything else. Interior is mint if you don't look at the doors or dash

Is this insulation adhesive backed? I bought some but I’m not sure of how to adhere it to the floorboard?

3M spray glue works well. Spray the floor and the piece let it tack up and install. Only spray what you can put down in a 5-10 time frame then seal the joints with aluminum tape.

Its not, but I did just as @Honky Kong jr described and it worked like a charm
