One of these days I hope to pick up some aluminum heads and a stronger bottom end and new pistons to crank up the CR with a 230+ duration cam
Hoping to be able to reach the 500 mark one of these days

Mine is the 350ci/330hp HO Deluxe crate motor from GM. I believe we ordered it from a dealership in Illinois and was around $4k delivered to my door complete with chrome valve covers, chrome air cleaner assy, and balanced. The only thing I had to do once it was all in and hooked up was minor tweaking on the carb and adjustments to the timing. I couldn't ask for more for the money. Eventually I want to upgrade to a BBC, though, but that'll require upgrades to the rear end, tranny and front suspension to handle the extra weight so that'll be a ways off! :)

Here's my 305, yea! Previous owner said it was rebuilt without machine work. It's got a solid lifter cam that's prob too big for it, some old heads that I never ran the numbers on(2.02/1.60 valves), old spreadbore Edelbrock intake, and topped off with a beat 4160 that I just rebuilt.
