Guys im redoing my switches on my doors? How do they come apart from harness? Am i an idiot?

There is a plastic circle piece (might be a light blue color?) that unscrews and then the switch comes off. It takes a little back and forth wiggling to get them off sometimes.

The switch has straight pins that come out of it that the wire connector slides over. They can be a bit of a bear to separate. Just work the connector back and forth and it should eventually slide off.
