Yes it's from a 1994 Custom Suburban. It was the rear overhead controller...
Thought it might be cool if somebody wanted it for a custom dash...

I have seen these in squares - iirc someone on here used one (I know I have a pic - cant find it ATM). I bagged 2 of them in the JY - think there were the rear HVAC controls for a burb? I have seen guys put a row of switches, 2 gauges, etc in them. Vintage Air has the 3 individual dial-knobs for AC controls - they would look factory in this. If VA had made the slide controls more OE (with the blower lever) I would be more apt to use it - but like the knobs and how they work better, so picked them up in case I go that way.
