looks like you are pointing to the junction box on the firewall. Its a good place to pull 12 volts constant. only thing usually there is a jumper for the ac/heater blower fan. If memory serves its 12 volts constant, not keyed at all

My 81 HEI had a 4 pin connector that went to the "electronic spark control" (read basic computer) that adjusted the timing when the knock sensor heard a knock. From what I read, if that computer fails you will get a no spark situation. You can jumper the green and black wires on the 4 pin connector to test (or leave them jumped and trash the computer)

Update. I'm finally getting spark. But no gas ! New fuel sender ,new gas tank ,new fuel pump, rebuilt carburetor.

Sending 4barrel carburetor to get rebuild tomorrow . Finally starts but not staying running struggling for gas
