Can you take a picture of the module? It may be the wiper delay module you are looking at. Since you have a 3/4 ton, you may have the hot fuel module, which also has a fuse in the fuse block marked "ECM B"...checkmthat fuse before you do anything else. Also, can you hear the fuel pump when you turn the key to the on position? It should primemforma few seconds. If not, have a buddy smack the bottom of your gas tank with a piece of wood or something while you try to start the truck, it may just be a bad pump.

Module with aluminum top... does it have a flat connector on each end with six or seven wires in the connector? If so, that's the delay module for the wipers.

check the relay first. you can jump the grey and orange wires at the relay plug to see if the fuel pump comes on....if it does, replace the relay.
