No check engine light.

Anyone have some ideas on no check engine light? We been having issues with to much fuel loading this up? Went and bought an obd 1 code reader and found out check engine light doesn't come on at all! And ideas how to fix this problem? Could it be as sim0le as a burnt bulb? Or something more? Any help would appreciate it !

should come on and go off when key is turned on, bulb check.

If that doesn't happen next move is check bulb.

Yes it could be a burnt bulb,a broken wire,a cut wire,a blown fuse, which p.s. a blown fuse is never just a blown fuse it blew because it was doing its job and will blow again unless you find the real problem. What are you working on?

Check ECMB and ECM1 fuses. If one is blown, you'll have to track down the short to ground.

From what I understand and I could be wrong it has to be a filament bulb, leds wont work. So if you went digital the check engine light still needs to be filament.

Try and Unplug temperature sensor on intake manifold by water-neck/thermostat housing and see how it acts then. Also clean grounds on neck bolt/stud.
