Had anybody noticed that complete 3/4 and 1 ton lower control arms are readily available (and I mean $50-$70 via rockauto and eBay) but there is nothing out there for 1/2 ton trucks?

I have new ball joints and shafts/bushings ready to go, but if I can save some time and install something that’s ready to install and Powdercoated for under $100 a side........

It looks like LMC has them but they don't look cheap.

They had them on ebay not long ago. Most were listed as JC Whitney so you might try there.

About a year ago I ran into the same problem. At the time all of the ones listed on eBay said they fit C10 but they we're for C20 and C30. So I ended up buying C20/C30 ones. I pressed the ball joints out. Bought rings from Speedway that fit the C10 ball joints. I then welded them into the C20/C30 arms. Pressed in my C10 ball joints and wala problem solved. Doorman makes the C20/C30 arms. I wouldn't be surprised if they make the C10 arms for LMC. But LMC must have the exclusive rights to them.

This is the ball joint sleeve I bought. The outside diameter is just a tad smaller than the C20/C30 ball joint.

LMC sells “remans” and for $300 you can rebuild them for a fraction of that. I ran into this six months ago when looking for my 1/2ton. Seemed difficult at the time to rebuild the stock ones but actually was not that bad of a job. Look at my build thread, near the bottom of page 24, I have pictures of how I did mine. Helps to have a press and a welder just in case the bushing casing gets frozen. Stripped mine down sandblasted and painted em and reassembled them.
