I am beginning to think it is one of a kind, since I am unable to find old parts any longer

OEM A/C condenser

AC Delco parts arent going to be available for most things over 20 years old. Parts are available, just not from the OEM(in most cases they are the same part, just not bought and placed in an AC Delco box anymore). If you need a new condenser, especially if converting to R134, I would suggest an upgrade to a newer parallel plow unit over the original tube and fin garbage. They have replacement units for your application in the parallel flow design for about $100.
