New to this sight; but not new to the hobby. I have been collecting cars for well over fifty years now. So I guess that gives an indication that I may be old. But that depends on your prospective. As I never judge a person by the number of candles on a birthday cake,, I'm a member elsewhere on the internet and have used OldCarGuy. When I started posting an obvious name were available. Needless to say someone beat me to it here.. So I came up with "Lil Bear"... I may mention how I came about that name sometime later...
Back to the important stuff. As I started off I am from Ohio. And I confess,, I have this incurable gene... A strong passion of collecting and restoring antique cars. Along with machinery, tools and equipment that makes me able to work on and actually machine parts for these babies when none are available.. Not the case for a 1986 Chevy truck. However my present collection consists of 20 cars, The oldest is a 1910 Buick. That I totally restored five years ago.. Took four years and some four thousand hours.
