All you asking for is a 454 with a Manual Trans? That's all? As you can tell, they're not real common. But, they do exist. You might have better luck finding you a manual trans small block truck and converting it to 454 which isn't hard at all. Also, to get a 454, you're likely going to find that in a 3/4 or 1 ton truck.
