New to GMsquarebody

[RD2500HD]

Hello glad I found this site! I have owned numorous Chevy trucks over the years and I am in the process of buying a 1987 GMC Jimmy from a good friend of mine that restores the old ones! I have wanted one since I was in high school when 3 of my good friends owned Chevy's. A special place in my heart for sure. Not sure why it has taken me so long to buy one but the time is finally right. It will be going to get painted in a couple weeks. Going with Lexus pearl white, new interior and carpet, CD player and speakers and a few other minor stuff. Hard to find these trucks anymore in solid shape anymore. This one has spent its whole life in the small town here where I live. Here is the only pic I have of how it sits right now.
