Picked up and 87 shortbed R10 the other day Drove it home 5 hours and it ran like a dream. Now I have a fuel leak. The last owner told me that he had removed the passenger side tank but this is coing from driver side Anyone have suggestions on a shop located in Wv or Oh to possibly add passenger side tank back to the truck

Welcome from Austria. Nice truck.
Crawl under it and look where it's leaking from. Old rubber hoses don't like the modern fuel and start to leak.
Adding the second tank should not a be big thing. Check what is still there from the original setup.

Check the body to tank hose connections. The clamps or hoses can be loose or broken worn out hose cracked. can you isolate where is the coming from? Front or rear/middle of the truck?

Nice, clean looking '87. Suggestion for the fuel tank addition: Get into the parts books available from the Library section to see what parts go where. At least this will give you a visual presentation of the installation.
