Howdy all. Stumbled across this site looking for info for my build, and figured I'd join up.

Got a couple projects in the works, mainly a 77 C10 and a 82 K10. The C10 is getting a vortec top end next weekend, and air conditioning fixed after the holidays, and the K10 is just being built for a reliable daily driver for now. I'll get some pics snapped later if anyone is interested.

But anyways, yeah thats bout my introduction.

I have been using my 85 as a daily driver for a few years now and still enjoy driving and working on it. I even took the 85 on an epic voyage from Reno Nv, over to Roswell last year with no major problems. Make sure you document everything you do to it and take a shitload of pictures. I have been working on my build thread for a few years now, its full of pictures and stuff.

Thanks to all for the warm welcome. I'll throw up some pictures of some of my old trucks, and I think I have a few of the 77 when I first got it. The 82 was owned by a girl who decided to paint the headache rack and a lot of other stuff with latex house paint......pink latex house paint at that. Didnt take any pictures of that truck when I got it, lol.

My 79 K20 after my buddy I bought it from smacked a rock wall with the driver side over at the Canadian river run in Amarillo, TX.

My old 77 K10 Stepside. 454, TH350, 203. Drove 400 miles at night to pick this thing up. Got it home and found out it was a piece of junk. Parted it out and got most of my money back at least.

Old 1984 C10/K10/whatchamacallit Pieced together piece of junk I bought for 4 grand, wasnt able to piece it out for nearly that much when I found what I had.

Thanks. I've had probably over 30 square bodies, just never took pictures of most of em. Still got about 8 in total if you count in all the parts trucks. No good body or interior parts, but I've got tons of spare motors, trannys, axles, etc. Probably five sets of matching axle sets. Everything from 2.78 geared to 4.55.

Yeah, we have five acres of property about 10 miles outside of a town of 4K people. Its pretty peaceful out here. Plus, I have a shop I cant complain about, and indoor storage to fit 10 vehicles.

Same here, The tan 77 chevy and the white 82 (not pictured) are the only ones left that are actually drivers. I still have the black blazer, but its a long ways to finish it, and the blue 79 K20, I still havent got the title for. Need to start a build thread on both the drivers, but I never get home before dark to snap any pictures.
