Hey all,
Just bought an 87 GMC V3500 C&C on an auction last week, not running. It’s a 350 drw, 4 speed with ac and tilt wheel, a high sierra. Motor is allegedly seized up. Still haven’t picked it up yet.
It’s been 8 years since I owned my last square body, a 1991 V3500 crew cab 350 tbi, srw, 4L80E/205 unicorn truck. Also owned a 1991 V2500 Suburban 6.2 Diesel with dealer installed banks turbo.
25 years before that, I had a 73 K5 Blazer 350/350 factory 4.10 gears, rear posi, front axle truss. no rust. Had a 1970 300hp 350 in it. ran quite well. Here’s some pics of the new 87 and if I can find some of the old 91 V3500.
