Howdy all!
I have heard this is the forum of all forums for our beloved square bodies. I got my start with a 1973 C20 my Dad bought new in 1973. It was a great truck....350, four speed, 3/4 ton beast. They towed a trailer with it full of Large Animal (Cow and Horse) medicines delivered via route to ranches and feed lots. We had that truck a long time. I have since bought a few more. In 1987 I bought a new 4x4 Suburban, and have owned a beautiful 1987 low mileage Silverado 4x4 long bed which sold for very good money via this forum. I currently have a beautiful, VERY low original mileage, 1976 K20 4x4 with original paint, original interior, matching original drivetrain consisting of a 400 CI engine, TH350, 14 bolt rear end. It has its' original, factory wooden bed! I had no idea these trucks were available with a wooden bed as late as 1976! I do not want to violate any forum rules, but I am offering it for sale now. I am not a dealer, just an enthusiast. This truck is just simply too nice, (no rust) and too original to work as hard as what I had bought it for. It is a true classic. I just wanted to make sure the folks on this forum knew about it, as if you are in the market for one of these, there are very few finer. It is currently listed on Bringatrailer.com now. Again, I didn't want to violate forum rules, but it is very well documented there, photographed, and video'd (I know, not a word!) and if someone has an interest, I wanted them to know a great truck was indeed available. I am sure if this violates forum rules, the post will be pulled. Thanks again. https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1976-chevrolet-pickup-3/
