G'day from Australia. Just acquired an 81 GMC Dually. Regular cab 454 and TH400, badged 3500. Was in storage undercover for 15y, everything is there starts and drives okay, but lots of bodywork, mech and elec tasks to get it up to scratch. Hoping to access advice and parts through the forum to get the big rig back on the streets. Best.

Welcome from Houston, Texas! Is this big beauty RHD or LHD? I know the newer vehicles in Oz have to be RHD but not sure if the older rigs have to be converted?

Welcome from Wisco! I have an 87 GMC regular cab dually with 454/400 as well. I may be a little biased, but our configs are my favorite of the squares, although I love all squares! Is yours lowered somewhat? Looks like a GREAT rig to start with, so welcome to the family!

It has been converted to RHD. I believe the rule over here for most states is if the vehicle is 30 years old or more, no conversion is required.
