Welcome to GMSB Robert. Pic Pic Pics !!! So you're going with later model cab on early model frame? Don't forget to get the 4x4 hump out of the 79. I'm not sure how those line up from early cab to later cab. I'm sure with enough duct tape it can work just fine.

But, do let us know how to comes together. Feel free to start up a Build thread in the Under Construction category.

You got your work cut out bro. I love when someone can revive a piece of dead junk. This is going to make some great Before and After pics. Get with it, and don't let anyone discourage you. I know it's not anywhere as bad as it looks. As long as the frame isn't rust rotted, you're good to go.

Yep mine looked like that at one point. Stay motivated and take plenty of pics. I didn't take any of mine in the beginning but of course that was before the digital age lol. Can you imagine trying to have a build thread using a 35mm camera?

it was running and drivin 15 mins before i taken that pic. it aint nothing but a fresh painted frame at the moment but the lmc book is open and im goin order crazy
