Just wanted to say hello to all of the other square body lovers out there.
I have had quite a few different chevy truck with most of them being in the square body style.
Just sold my 1962 Nova Wagon. So now to start work on what most people would use as just a
parts truck.
It is a 1976 Silverado K-10 SWB with a 400-350 all stock except where someone put in a sunroof that
broke. So it there great wisdom to fix it they put a piece of sheet metal over the hole and sealed it up
screwed it down. The tach works sometimes. Kind of like the rear tail lights on the 1994 bed that was used
to replace the stock one.
Over all the engine runs real good. Looks to have been rebuilt at one point. It would have been nice
it they would have got all of the gaskets in place so it didn't leak oil everywhere. It you were drilling for
oil. You would have hit it right on the button with as much oil comes out of this beast of a truck.
She is not good looking with the rust is on her. But she is paid for and will be a great starting place to go
from.
