Nevada Gold LS swapped

Hey guys, Arlington Texas here. well as of a couple weeks ago I finally got my hands on a LS swapped 86 SWB. I had to finally break down and sign up to the forums. I was avoiding it, cause I knew I would spends hours of my day on here lol. My Silverado SS took a dump and it was either get a new car with a payment or be patient and find the right daily driver I could pay cash for. It's a 86 with the previous owner doing a LS swap, 4l80 E out of a 08 with 60k miles and a rear end out of a 99. He added 08 seats and steering wheel. I have done a ton of TLC in the last two weeks. I changed the phantom grill to the original (thanks offfer up), yanked out the 08 seats this weekend and put in a bench I found on Craigslist for $70. Sorry for the long intro. Figured I'd jump to the good stuff. Anyways, cheers and here's a few pics from day one a couple weeks ago till now.

Welcome nice truck and OE grill looks way better IMHO but I've never been a fan of those phantom grills.

Yea it's very uncomfortable to drive. Hence the reason I put an original bench. Seats were just too thick and steering wheel stuck out. I was on the wheel while driving.

Yeah, no one comes up this far. And I am just on the inside of the north loop. The only thing past me you would go to is North Star Drag strip or the casinos. Ha. (I dont think anyone goes to Sanger unless its to go to Babe's and no one goes to Gainsville, thats why the outlets are turning to poop.)

BTW, non-north Texans, Babe's is a fried chicken place. It sounds more exotic than it is.
