I’m putting a new clutch/flywheel in right now and getting to put the clutch fork and bearing in but the bearing/fork doesn’t line up correctly in line with everything else. When the fork is positioned with the pivot ball in the divot in the fork it’s about 1/2”-3/4” off the center line. If I pull the fork further into the housing it doesn’t look like the pivot ball lines up correctly with the fork. Is this a bell housing problem or is there like a longer fork I can get? Or is it fine to just pull the fork in further?
It’s 350, SM465 trans, 11in clutch, 460486 bell housing #, stock clutch fork from LMC
