need help identifying a part off a 1974 c10 please!

i need help identifying the part that attaches to the lower grille panel (the red circle on the photo) and i also need help with knowing where i can buy it. any information is helpful! thank you.

It is the lower Valance support but also the fender bolts to it. You may find one looking at the radiator core support which it also attaches to. The lower valance "splash shield" pictured attaches on the upper and lower tanges. I have looked at LMC, brothers, and AMD you may have to visit a wrecking yard
