My 1988 Danish military 461-240GD . I swapped out the gutless 4 cylinder 240 diesel and installed a 3L 300 SD turbocharged 5 cylinder diesel and a 5 speed.

Nothing is cheap for it, LOL! It actually never breaks down, and has never left me anywhere. I've owned four wheel drive trucks all my life, Jeeps, Chevy pickups and Blazers. This thing is unstoppable and would embarrass any other stock 4×4. I am still picking my wrenches out of my nehbors vinyl siding though.
