Well this evening the sears riding mower broke. I was driving it in first then went to put it 2nd the thing was stuck in first. So forced in 2nd anyway. So I cut the blades on to mow and released the brake pedal and no movement. So I pushed it back in the garage and found the drive belt slipped off and way too much play on the main drive pulley on the transaxle. So I have raise the frame from the transaxle to get enough clearance to see whats going on. If I dont there's only about 1in clearance. So I'm thinking new drive pulley, drive belt and woodruff key.
