New shoes for the hoopdie. Dick Cepek Dc-1 15" rims, wrapped in Cooper Trail Cutter M/T 33x12.50. ...gotta get home tonight and do some trimming on the back side of my fenders. Scrubbing really badly at half turn.

I think they look awesome but I only drove about a mile on them so far. I'll be able to let you know better after I trim the fenders and don't have to drive so cautiously. I'm excited to get out to my buddies farm tomorrow and find some mud.

Nice! On my old '86 all I had to do was bend in the fender lip a bit to make 33's fit, but I'm sure they'd rub on my '84 K10. Some of these trucks must have saggier springs than others.

According to the PO mine has 3/4 ton suspension so I assume it is pretty saggy if I can't fit 33's without rubbing turning the wheel from side to side. I am definitely thinking of add-a-leaf once the weather warms up again or at least by June (birthday present to myself)

Just my damn luck. I drew from the tire shop to work which is 1 mile , and couldn't even make it back to the tire shop before the upper and lower ball joints pretty much disintegrated. She was bucking me all over the road . They quoted me $600 to replace upper and lower and an alignment. I am getting ready to move so I don't have a situation that I can even work on it myself because everything is half packed

I think these are the best pics I've seen of your truck. Not in bad shape at all !!! So how are you liking these tires after a little use???

Ohh damn, I missed this until I seen 89S :console: That really sucks buddy. Don't even let those crooks do that **** for $600. You can save yourself $400 and do it in a day or maybe 2 depending on how stuck they are. Don't give up on the truck though. So that's been a few days ago. Did you get moved yet???
