More wiper controller questions

So i read in here how to test this controller by unplugging the harness from it and plugging it directly into the switch. I did that and my wipers now shut off as they should but no delay function. My question is where do i find a replacement controller? My parts guy cant get it and cant find one on ebay. Or maybe theres a different version or style i can retro fit into it?

Also, they can be opened up and repaired if you know what you are doing with that kind of stuff.

I recently bought one from Rock Auto. Was around $65.

Nobody makes the 78-83 style as of right now. I do however have (1) refurbished pulse/delay GM wiper module on hand for $55 shipped. It’s correct for 78-83 trucks.
