I like it!

Did you have to replace the quarter panels or are those still factory?

You are lucky. The repop quarters are not shaped right, they don'y have that faint bulge below the body crease, that matches the bulge up front. Mine is pretty solid, but I do need quarters and I refuse to go to the trouble of installing something that will always frustrate me when I look at it. I also need a frame, lol.

I'd be interested in those coils of you decide to part with them.

Big cars that go fast kick ass. My '69 was my first car and I did a lot of work trying to make that little 327 push it faster, for it's size and a teenager's budget it turned out fairly quick. My plans for the '70 are much different, basically build an "SS454" like GM would have done if they didn't cancel the option for '70. It will "appear" stock other than a few things under the hood and a pair of wide rallies out back.

What colors are you planning on going with?

That would be awesome.. Not sure on colors, my build so far is a 5.3 with ls6 cam, ls9 head gaskets, ls7 lifters, and I want to run a single large turbo and help it spool with a NX kit that I have from the good old days

Sounds like you are still going to be making good use of those 4.10's and spool.
