So I came a across a cluster with the combined 5k RPM tach and gas gauge on right and with Oil, Temp(100-250) , Vac and Amp. So correct me if I'm wrong but this would be from a Med-duty truck and be pre76 because its an amp not volt? Big question is would this be in easy swap out for my 76?

I'm not sure, but the amp gauge might have carried on longer in the medium duty trucks. I also don't know if the medium duty trucks got the major cluster pinout change in '78 like the pickups.

But, even if you have to re-pin the cluster harness, it sounds like an ideal swap candidate.

You might also find the oil pressure gauge is hard lined to the engine block. (no sender or wires)

That would be good in this case. Pickups were mechanical oil pressure gauge through '77.
