All 85 and ups are Hydro clutch. I always get confused on this and 700r4's, but I was thinking some 83 & 84's had it too.

Lmc only shows 85 an newer that's what I was going by.

I've only ever seen hydro clutches in 85-up. Both my 84's are mechanical linkage.

There isn't anything wrong with mechanical linkage, the hydro is just my preference.

My preference is Z bar linkage but that's cuz I'm a racer and hydro is slower to respond and you can actually pop your slave apart. But for 4x4, as I was told the advantages of 4x4 using hydro and I sure agree. So my 4x4 is going hydro.
