polished stainless, looks liek a work of art when completed.
Especially if it’s TIG welded, hand filed and polished at the seals too. Headers can have exposed welds. For what custom headers cost you wanna be able to see every weld.

Yes it did.:waytogo: And what’s nice, if you get bored you can always go back and file and polish it. I know I wouldn’t get that bored

The last headers I bought were 1.5" primary Flowtech (made by Holley) and they fit FANTASTICALLY.
I know some dudes (with lowered trucks) run F-body Camaro headers because ground clearance.

Hope this helps!

If long tube = full length then yes.

I installed them on a 1977 C20 with a 1986 Corvette L-98 installed with a th-250.

I cannot speak for installation in a 4x4 HOWEVER , I WAS and AM prepared to pull the trigger on the same part # for installation in the Blazer.
I want these next BUT the pair I own are painted and half that price.

what do you guys think, Side exit exhaust or dump before Axle? I know the side exit is more crackly and pops more and the before axle is deeper. also, how can I make the exhaust to where I can swap out muffler when I want to?
Any of the new guys have a particular muffler you like?

I like my Flowmaster 40's. Sound pretty good, but a little towards the louder side.

I had side exit a long while back, but it was behind the wheels. Then i changed it to dump right before the rear axle. No pipe, tip or nothing behind the mufflers. It was quite droney, anything over 35 you couldn't have a conversation and idling at a light you'd get exhaust fumes through the back window.

Took a long while before I added some 12 in exhaust tips. Now it dumped right over the axle and sounded much better. The drone and exhaust fumes were gone, couldnt hear the exhaust in the truck much unless you got on it. Made it much more enjoyable to drive.

Also, if you wanna switch mufflers easily, you can just use some exhaust clamps to hold em in until you find the one you like, or you can use some of the exhaust flanges like from the manifold collector to the pipes.
