I am about to dive in to the $50 paint job, but it requires another $50 in primer+bondo and another $50 in sanding materials. So $150 total
I'm not going to worry about small dings and little dents in my K10/20 project, but I have full intention of doing this process. Good part is, as cheap as it is, you can always wet sand and hit it again. I've heard if you keep it waxed it holds up fairly well. I'll also be trying to keep it out of the direct sunlight when I can. Like maybe even just a car cover or tarp cover when I'm not using the truck for awhile.
