I just recently bought a stick 1976 C10 Stepside. I’m thinking about lowering it a bit like a lot of the C10’s I’ve seen in pics on the internet. I’m not wanting to go low rider. Just a subtle drop. What is the drop most people are doing???
Thanks

I'm going 2.5" dropped spindles in the front, and hangers and shackles in the rear for a 4" drop.

Personally I would like to do a flip kit in the rear and add lowered springs in the rear and go a bit more, but not Low Rider. But I am building this truck for my teenage daughter and want something she can drive anywhere and not worry about curbs, speed bumps or anything.

2.5" spindles / 4" hangers and shackles plenty of ground clearance even with duals running under the crossmember
