Looking for the name of this part

I have a 1984 Chevy K10.
99% factory.
Had it 35 years. I am trying to clean up some of the under hood.
The part with the arrow on my truck is tore up and I want to replace it.
I have no clue what it is so how to I look it up?

If you know what it is, please help me out.

My understanding is that it’s called a “gutter” but I doubt the average person knows or uses that term.

I think firewall wiring harness gutter is the right term. I bought one on eBay not too long ago.
