Where is the horn relay located on a 82 c10? Someone told me it's above the fuse box, but the only thing I see is the seat belt buzzer??? Any help would be appreciated. How about troubleshooting info on the horn, I'm assuming the relay is bad because when I push the horn button, nothing happens.

i believe its above the fuse box or on the column,
