I dunno what you can do for the front end, but the rear you can use standard lift springs, blocks, or a shackle flip.

Shackle flips maintain the stock springs, but allow the shackle to move more for a smooth ride. All the lift is due to the shackle flip bracket and the newly inverted shackles. Moves the rear axle slightly out of original location. Can be adjusted via a zero rate block if desired.

Stock: Longer shackle = dropped rear end.

Flip kit: Longer shackle = raised rear

Blocks also maintain the rear spring rate, but doesn't have as smooth of ride due to the original shackles, brackets, and bushings have teeth to actually create bind to prevent the rear from sagging too much when carrying a load.

Lift Springs have stiffer rates than factory to be able to hold the truck up. The higher the lift. The stiffer the spring rate.

I don't know what it would all entail for the front end especially steering wise.

While it's possible to get a couple of inches on a 2wd, if you want 6-8, you'd be better off starting with a 4x4.

I guess you could cut it all out and convert it to true coilovers and custom upper/lower control arms like modern trucks.
