I made it. I was never a fan of them being bolted only to the bottom. Those bolts go threw the frame and a 3/16" stiffener plate.

I've got the four inch lift with a three inch body lift on her with a set of 35's. I also have a 400/350 combo out of an old race car to smoke them, which reminds me, I need to start looking for a new pair.

4in rough country complete spring lift, and the dual steering stabilizer. Went on easy, the tires are a IronMan 35x12.50R20 on 20x10 Raceline Gold wheels.

1974 C20 Camper Special 4x4 shortie. Was originally a 2wd 3/4 ton. Last registered in 06. Sometime before that someone made it a shorty and added 4x4. Has the xtra leafs, thicker sway bar, 13 inch drum rears, 14 bolt 4:10 rears, 10 bolt front. I painted it in garage to cover up the faded blue, under the blue was the original granada beige and frost white. I cant see where they shortened the frame. No cuts welds or bolt ins ..strange.

If there are no cuts or welds, it's not that strange. Someone took the cab, and put it on a short box 4x4 frame. Then swapped the axles. Not uncommon at all.

better idea of what the 4in spring lift and 35s look like together, that's also new cab mounts and core
support mounts.
